We, Young Changemakers, get into the world with lots of ambition and confidence. However, things can get difficult when you try to realize your potential. Stumbling into a job with fixed organizations and strict management, can bring forward a real setback in confidence. Sometimes, all we seem to do is settling and adapting to current structures.

About the trainer
Marcella is an expert in Imagineering and Social Innovation. She worked on various social projects, and find it interesting to challenge people to create a better version of themselves. Lindsy worked for Google for three years as Design Thinking and Innovation Coach. She is ambassador for innovation cultures within organisations, to show people their creative side and enable them to share their wildest ideas.
Marcella and Lindsy are innovation coaches of the Dutch Design.school. At Dutch Design.school, you will learn entrepreneurial skills and mindset, work in multidisciplinairy teams and learn to apply Design Thinking as innovation method.

We start the event with an introduction of innovation tool Lego Serious Play. It will be used to clearify the problem, learn from others and building solutions for tomorrow.
